Mexicans looking for jobs in Mexico who bullied me

I’m going to start listing all of these Mexicans looking for jobs in Mexico who bullied me and many times I will detail exactly what they said. Sometimes in Spanish and then I will translate it for you. Other times I just translated it without copying it because it’s too much work.

Some didn’t bully, but wasted my time and just disappeared or they couldn’t follow simple instructions, so when I told them that’s the reason it wouldn’t work, they bulled me by calling me names and blocked me. They are complete control freaks and that’s how it works here in Mexico.

The workers control the businesses and the businesses control the consumers. There is NO maturity, honesty, FREEDOM, or RESPECT in this country.

I want to be very very clear here that when I post my hiring ad and talk to them, I’m very nice. My anger below doesn’t even come out until they screw with me. Just reading all of the comments and seeing how many laughed at me did trigger me, I do acknowledge that. I came to this country with NO expectations on how Mexicans behave and this is what I’ve encountered for 2 years every time I post a hiring ad. I think only ONCE did I get NO bullies and then after a week, only one or two. That was shocking that I wasn’t mercifully bullied like all the other times.

Instead of them just ignoring my hiring ad on facebook and looking for a job they DO WANT, they have to comment about how little money it is and put me down. They bully me because I don’t have a lot of money. I even had to put in that I run a non profit and they STILL bullied me. $4/hour is a normal rate here for people to get. Now they do normally get a day or weekly amount instead of hourly, but these were posted on work from home groups. Even if one wasn’t, to ANYONE with a brain, it’s obvious this is part time hours. I even TELL them how many hours it’s going to be.

They are so dysfunctional that it’s horrific. They won’t fight their mafia government, but they will fight some innocent woman who just needs help.

Some of these may be fakebooks’ bots or shills. I already know there’s tons of them out there and some profiles do look fake.

I also consider anyone who laughs at my job, at my comments, thumbs up any bullies comments, calls me a scammer, names, etc. to be bullies, because that’s what they are.

Yes there’s a LOT of people on my list, so you can see now what I go through and NO, I’m not to blame for any of this. I post simple ads stating what I want in a person or what I need from them and what I offer for money for either the day or hour because I don’t want to waste my time telling them when they PM me. I already checked to see how much the average prices are here before I put up the hiring ads. I’m not a moron.

It’s clear based on several of the comments, that they don’t want to do any real work. I used to be very naïve and thought that Mexicans were hard workers. The ones who go to the US, Canada and Europe are, but NOT here in Mexico, not unless they are making a higher income and they don’t want to lose the job.

Did you know that the companies here actually have to pay them a bonus JUST TO SHOW UP FOR WORK??? Can you believe that???

If it’s NOT easy for them or it requires any real effort they hate it. Even women who own their own cocina economicas (they are small kitchens that prepare homemade food) sometimes hate their work which means they hate their own business. No one enjoys anything in this fucking country UNLESS THEY ARE PARTYING and drinking. Yes I know, not all Mexicans drink, but most do and many are alcoholics.

When I first got here to Cancun, I was already experiencing how nasty they are. Someone gave me the name of a taxi to take me to a restaurant.

I needed a margarita BIG TIME because of the long flight and the stress of the mask nazi on the plane. Just so you know, I’m a Truther and I have a brain, so I know that this WHOLE pandemic was really a scam. I won’t go into that now because it’s not relevant, I just wanted you to know what I was going through.

Anyway, the guy says I’ll take you to the restaurant and then wait for you. I said what? No, I just want you to drop me off and when I’m done, I’ll call you to take me back. I don’t even know how long I will be, maybe 1-1 1/2 hours.

He starts giving me SHIT (can you believe this???) telling me that he’s NOT going to do that and he spent so much time learning English and he doesn’t work for so little. WTF??? I just wanted a ride to the fucking restaurant.

I’ve seen only one video where the expats admit the Truth about what it’s like to live here and especially how they treat foreigners. One video was about how the taxi drivers scam them saying one amount and then try to force more money out of them when they arrive, even to the POINT (get this) that they won’t let them take their suitcases out of the trunk.

I recently heard a story from an American where she booked an Airbnb and the host said she would have her niece come pick her up. Not only did she show up with NO ROOM in the trunk after she had told her she had luggage, then the taxi drivers REFUSED to let her get in the car thinking it was an Uber and didn’t believe her when she said it wasn’t and the niece told them she wasn’t.

There was a whole fight, and he even laid hands on her, AND a female nazi cop stopped to see what was happening and with her long nails, just walked away while the woman was being abused.

She said FUCK THIS, got on another bus and left Mexico for the second time never to return. She had been abused enough.

THEY ARE XENOPHOBIC HERE. If they love Americans they aren’t and there is such a sect called Meximericans that do love and want to be Americans, but many hate any foreigner even if I’m nice to them and actually like them.

I no longer want to be friends with anyone here because I don’t TRUST THEM. Human behavior dictates that when that person distrusts others, they will cause huge problems in the relationship and will sabotage it. While there are some very nice Mexicans when I hire them or go to their cocina economicas, they don’t give a shit about me. They just want my money or to steal it. I’ll have to get to my other article about how they break into your house and steal your things. I learned about the “neighbors” in the last house I lived in.

Oh, and if I don’t agree with what they say, they lash out at me even if they aren’t applying to my job. How many times have I had a man tell me he knows better than me? I had a guy who I thought was nice tell me where I should move to and after I told him it would be too expensive for me to move my things (this is a problem) he wanted me to sell everything and rebuy it as IF that would be so easy. He talked down to me when I came across him a month later and told him that this city was terrible.

I’ve encountered this with some other Latin American countries because I hire people from other countries since I can NEVER find anyone here to be my Spanish speaking VA, but it’s worse here.

Yes, they are very sexist here.

Sure, go have fun, but when you are working, have fun TOO by taking PRIDE IN YOUR WORK.

I have no idea how to write a hiring ad that will appease these Mexican babies who get triggered and upset at every little thing. It’s beyond my brain capacity, nor do I want to hire a baby. I would be SHOCKED if I ever came across a mature Mexican. Even some of the ones who grew up or moved to the US come here and behave the exact same disrespectful way. Only one computer repair company gave great customer service. They broke my laptop keyboard by blowing it out or whatever he did which is typical here because no one knows how to do anything properly, but they tried to make it right. It wasn’t intentional.

I just asked my new VA from Nigeria what’s wrong with the hiring ad, tell me. She said there’s nothing wrong with it. sigh

I’ve only come across ONE Mexican who came back after working all across the US (mainly for evil amazon) who said he does NOT put up with their shit here and he tells them off all the time. I wish I had his number.

In fact, when I placed an ad in the Tucson, Arizona facebook group for someone to drive me around for the 2 days I would be there, all I got were Lationos or latinas bullying me non stop and they even understand ENGLISH. This is clearly a Latino thing. I’m not saying non Latinos don’t bully, but I have yet to experience it from others UNLESS they are expats. Expats are HUGE bullies in many countries.

Most Mexicans are low IQ insecure people who live in a constant state of FEAR and are scared of their own Mexican people. This is all the time, not a random feeling. I learned this after being here for about a year. I have no sympathy for people who constantly hurt others for no reason at all and choose to live IN FEAR.

It’s very clear that they are ALL followers. Back in 2013 I heard from an intelligent young woman in Panama that Panamanians are also followers. They are shallow (most are here too, mainly the females) and just follow what everyone else is saying or doing because they do NOT have minds of their own. They are brainless ZOMBIE followers which is another reason why 99% of all Mexicans took the DEATH JAB.

You should know before you consider hiring them, how they treated me.

1. 1. Julian Valdez – Monterrey, Mexico – I hired this guy on Upwork – 811-8282310 – julianvldz@gmail.com – I wasted 41 minutes talking to him about what I needed in a house rental. He didn’t even know what city I was in and made a mistake. He said he had to do something and would get back to me later. I invited him to the job, he ignored it and ignored my messages about the house rentals, blocked me there too and then blocked me here. What a NASTY PERSON.

I stated the rate was $65/hour (that’s pesos of course) and a bonus of $360 pesos if they find me the house I sign with. He starts going on and on about how a realtor charges 5% and you want to only pay $360?

      First of all the low IQ moron can’t even read the hourly rate AND I’m not selling a fucking house, I’m looking for a rental.

      I even said in English that he can’t understand how to read, and he blamed it on google translate. I told him the translation was from a Chilean guy and if the hourly rate plus bonus isn’t good for you, then go find another job with your terrible attitude.

      Their attitude is FULL of EGO and they are very dysfunctional either because they attack, or they run away. Either way it’s the same thing, just different opposite ends of the extreme.

   3. I posted an ad (I think it was in a Morelia house rental group) offering 500 pesos if anyone finds me a house. It was meant to be a finders fee. I didn’t say finders fee because I assumed goolag translate wouldn’t translate it properly nor would these low IQ MORONS would even know what it is.I NEVER meant they should work weeks looking, rather if someone happens to find something along the way.
