The first time I ordered their steak marinated with coffee, it was great. Then last week on Tuesday August 15, 2023, I was by my computer store and so I decided to buy the steak and take it to go.

I went to eat it 2 days later and it was such poor quality of steak that was 100% tough, I couldn’t eat it.

I reported it to the restaurant on WhatsApp and they gave me a manager who didn’t respond back over and over again. i wasted my time chasing this fucking restaurant.

Finally he calls me today on August 22, 2023. I said I don’t speak Spanish, message me on Whatsapp. I had no idea who it was.

He doesn’t call me, and when I went to look up the telephone number, I saw it was him. I said hola?

Nothing.

Almost 2 hours later I said if you don’t respond by tomorrow, I will take the necessary action.

He finally responds with a voice message LOL, of course he’s so braindead stupid that he somehow thinks that if I don’t understand him on the phone, I’m somehow going to understand him in a voice message on WhatsApp.

I gave him shit. His response was you said you don’t understand Spanish so I decided to leave you a voice message. sigh

You just can’t talk to stupid people, they are so low IQ that talking to a child would be less difficult.

He then finally writes me back saying he’s waiting for my response. RESPONSE ABOUT WHAT, I WROTE THEM ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED.

He then tells me that since I didn’t report the steak the day I bought it, he won’t refund me, only give me 50% off food from the restaurant as IF I would ever buy from them again.

Their margarita pizza was bland and a waste of my money, and now this.

I will be calling my credit card company.

He tried to make it seem like they did nothing wrong (yeh right), I just paid over $16 for a steak I couldn’t eat and the food was bland, not like the first time I ate it.

I called my credit card company and desputed it which you can’t do here in Mexico if you have a Mexican credit card.

Here in Mexico the customers never have ANY recourse for their fuckups, so be aware and try to use your American credit card, but some restaurants won’t take it, although most do.
